New Tuul for Reporting Graffiti

Picture this; you’re out walking along West Cliff Drive, and you see a graffiti tag on the street sign as you are about to cross the road. You take a picture of the tag; you’re going to report this as soon as you get home! You download the picture from your phone to your computer, you find the email address for the graffiti abatement program, and you email in your report. There’s just a small problem: you can’t quite remember where the tag was. If only there was an app you could use to snap a photo and send your graffiti report straight into the City’s Graffiti Abatement team…
Well you are in luck. There is a new graffiti abatement tool in town to help report and remove blight from our beautiful city. The developers at local tech company, Tuul have partnered with the City of Santa Cruz Graffiti Abatement Program to adapt their customer service app, Tuul, to revolutionize the graffiti abatement process. Through the new app you no longer have to call in graffiti to the abatement program hotline or email us to report the tags. Now, you can easily report graffiti from your smart phone as soon as you see it!
