Here’s the lineup for December 5 Santa Cruz New Tech Meetup

December 5 is the date of our last event of the year, and it will be hosted by our hometown jewel: Cruzio. We will start the night with a presentation by Daniel Hsu about the tech ecosystem in China. Presenting companies include:

• Underground Engine / Ethan Summers: coming out of stealth, this Santa Cruz company is transforming education and public engagement through VR, augmented reality , and intelligent interactive video walls.
• Arcadia Data/ Doug Cameron: visual analytics and BI Native to Apache Hadoop and Cloud
• DeedItForward / Travis Wentworth: connect with your community and causes you care about, on your schedule.
• Data Artisans / Jeff Bean: headquartered in Berlin, this company address large-scale data processing with open source solutions.
• PangoPub / Michael Parisi: coming out of stealth, a “creative curated experiences” platform, which allows anyone to link businesses together as a larger experience, rather than just looking for ratings from a single place. Think of how you would recommend spending a perfect day in Santa Cruz to you friends, as a series of stops… our app makes that super easy to search, find, create and broadcast to the world.

Advanced tickets are $10 (vs $20 at the door), and must be purchased on Eventbrite.
